코로나19로 인한 온라인 교육환경은 우리가 예측할 수 없을 만큼 확대되었다. 학생들은 온라인 환경을 떠나서는 수업을 들을 수도 없고 친구들과 , 놀 수도 없게 되었다. 이렇게 급속하게 성장해버린 온라인 환경은 긍정적인 면도 있지만 동시에 부정적인 측면도 갖고 있다.
2020년 방송통신위원회가 조사한 ‘2020년 사이버폭력 실태조사’ 결과에서 학부모들의 98.3%, 교사의 92.0가 사이버폭력이 심각하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그렇다면 사이버폭력은 얼마나 심각하며 학생 학부모 교사는 어떻게 인지하고 있는가? 이 연구는 크게 세 가지 목적으로 수행되었다 첫째 사이버폭력 개념 및 유형에 대한 국내외 선행연구를 분석하고 사이버폭력의 현장 사례 및 대처방안을 조사하였다. 둘째, 해외의 사이버폭력 대처방안을 조사하고 학생 학부모 교사를 , , 대상으로 사이버폭력 예방 프로그 램 운영실태 및 그들의 요구사항을 조사하였다 마지막으로 . 사이버폭력 유형별 가이드라인 을 개발한다면 어떤 내용들이 수록되어야 할지에 대해 교사와 전문가 의견을 수렴하였다. 필요한 내용이 수록된 사이버폭력 유형별 가이드라인을 제작하여 현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.
